I was just hired as a Dental Claims Examiner, but I don't have a lot of experience in the dental field. Are there any dental students /dentists/dental hygienists that can recommend a good book that covers the fundamentals of dentistry (anatomy of teeth, procedures, etc.)?
What is a good introductory book to the field of dentistry?
I can't really recommend any books, but there is a very good website which explains the fundamentals of dentistry in a way that's accessible for the layperson (see link below). Unlike other websites with dental information, it is also very detailed and entertaining.
