Is it a good decision to study dentistry after I graduate nursing?

Hi guys, I am a nursing student on my first semester. I planned to work abroad to earn a higher salary because wages in the Philippines is very low. My plan is to study dentistry while working abroad. Is it a good decision?

There is good demand for nurses in the USA, and it is definitely possible for you to go to dentistry school once you have established yourself in this country. However, most dentistry schools require that you study on a full-time basis, so you may need to plan ahead before you start your studies. Dentistry school just like medical school can be very expensive, so it would be a good idea for you to save up some money before you devote time and money to this degree. With your nursing background, you will definitely have a strong application, so go ahead and do it, but plan for it.
