Can I apply for Graduate MD of Dentistry in Canada if I already received a Bachelor of Dentistry degree in Taiwan?
I also have a business license and have been a clinical dentist for over 5 years.

Canada is very picky with foreign credentials. You'll have to inquire about your particular case to the correct personnel. Usually anybody, regardless of how long they have been working in the field for, has to basically start over their education in Canada due to the fact that Canada does not recognize foreign credentials. But inquiry about your case though.
