Dentistry Office?

If I open my dentistry practice after I graduate from school is it hard to get clientle, and would it be easy to get a loan to start my business if I have good credit. How to the insurance companies pay the dentist and what type of insurance should I take? Sorry for all of the questions

It might be a good idea to go in as a partner initially. That way you can learn the business side of the practice.

If you choose to go on your own, you first need to rent a space in an accessible area that isn't already saturated with dentists. You will need cash to rent and to improve the space. I would take most, if not all, insurances at first. You can always cut back. By accepting all the insurance plans, you maximize the customer base that can work with you. Dental insurance pays pretty quickly. I would say about 2-4 weeks.

Good luck.
